About the Role
We are recruiting for a Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Listowel on a 6-month fixed term contract.
The Customer Care Specialist acts as the primary contact between the customer and the company, responsive to customer requirements at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining professional communication with customers
* Account administration, account queries, and commercial support
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, customers, processes, and suppliers
* Building relationships with the supply chain and departments
