We are seeking a proactive IT Support/Facilities Lead to join our team in Tralee. In this role, you will be the go-to person for all IT and facilities needs, ensuring smooth operations for internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Handle technical issues promptly and efficiently.
* Manage IT infrastructure and support ticket system.
* Facilitate new hire onboarding and provide IT training.
* Coordinate facilities maintenance and vendor relations.
* Oversee inventory management and office logistics.
* Drive continuous improvement in IT and facilities operations.
* Maintain documentation and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
* 2-3 years of IT support experience.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to multitask and work independently.
* Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Azure services.
