Description of Role:
We are looking for an experienced Personal Lines Broker who wishes to develop their career in insurance with a forward thinking and modern brokerage. We are one of the largest brokers in the west of Ireland and offer an excellent benefits package.
Requirements:
1. A recognised Insurance qualification
2. Excellent telephone manner and customer care skills essential
3. Experience in dealing with Insurance clients & personal lines policies
4. Good communication skills to build relationships with customers and our panel of Insurance companies
5. The ability to work as part of a team and own initiative to meet deadlines
6. Strong telesales & customer service skills
7. Organisational Skills & attention to detail
8. Be an energetic, motivated and disciplined individual with a positive attitude
9. Excellent IT skills, Relay experience an advantage but not necessary
10. Must be Grandfathered, APA or CIP qualified & comply with the fitness and probity standards
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Handling customer queries and looking after all aspects of their policies
2. All aspects of advising & selling Car, House, Van Insurance & Ancillary products
3. Assisting in lead generation & sales initiatives
4. Progression and Growth opportunities within the business
