The person will drive a sales and marketing campaign to build on Rehab Group and Rehab Enterprises brand recognition, converting leads from physical and electronic channels into pipeline and ultimately sales. Leading the sales team to achieve sales and margin targets. Working closely with Business Managers at each location to deliver on agreed business plans. A collaborative approach with stakeholders, to provide work for people with disabilities, bringing a growth mindset.Duties will include business development, sales staff management, account management, marketing, telesales, order processing and administration.What we’re looking for:Third level qualification in sales or marketingA minimum of five years’ experience of business-to-business sales.The ability to work on own initiative.Motivate and lead the sales team of 4 people nationally.A great communicator and collaborator with wider Enterprise and Group team.Your ResponsibilitiesAssess and develop existing customer sales activity, and win new customers, across varied sectors, delivering on monthly, annual sales and margin targets.Develop with the sales team, a sales and marketing strategy, building on existing and acquired market intelligence to identify new customers including recycling, logistics, kitting and other sectoral customers, in cooperation with relevant Business Managers and overall sales and marketing strategy.In collaboration with the Business Managers ensure sales orders are fulfilled to a high level of customer service. Working with operations and finance to ensure processes are streamlined and completed promptly.Lead monthly sales management reviews to review sales pipelines, results and forecasts to facilitate efficient resource planning, financial forecasting and budgeting.
