Audi Kilkenny is seeking a highly ambitious Sales Executive to join our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with premium, internationally recognised brands and develop their skills through an extensive in-house training programme.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Sales Presentation: Prepare and use a planned sales presentation to achieve maximum results from available sales opportunities.
* Customer Follow-up and Prospecting: Develop and use systems designed to create additional sales opportunities for repeat or new business.
* Sales Call Programme: Develop and maintain a daily, weekly, and monthly sales call programme, as agreed with the Sales Manager.
* Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a full knowledge of all products, accessories, prices, and key features of major competitors.
* Customer Queries and Complaints: Manage all customer queries and complaints and ensure they are resolved to achieve customer and company requirements.
* Reports: Provide reports as required on all sales activities.
* Vehicle Appraisals: Conduct accurate appraisals of all vehicles presented for part exchange and agree valuations with the Sales Manager.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A full, clean driver's license.
* Previous sales experience is advantageous.
* Strong business acumen and ability to build professional relationships.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A high level of ambition to achieve and surpass sales targets.
