We are seeking highly skilled Data Analysts to join our team at HubSpot, a leading customer relationship management (CRM) platform. As a Staff Analyst, you will combine deep data insights with business expertise to deliver comprehensive solutions that tackle critical challenges and enhance operational efficiency and strategic outcomes.
About the Team
The Revenue Operations team partners with GTM leadership to drive daily business and achieve long-term strategic priorities. We use a data-driven approach to solve complex issues and drive business planning from strategy to execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Be the go-to expert for the business, driving data-driven decision-making and delivering critical insights that shape strategic decisions.
* Analytical Community Development: Participate in and develop the analyst community, fostering a high-performing, insights-driven culture.
* Project Leadership: Scope and lead high-impact projects and execute on mission-critical strategic initiatives.
* Business Partnership: Partner with leadership to drive business strategy, planning, goal-setting, and performance tracking.
Qualifications
* Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience in a sales strategy role or equivalent level position.
* Analytical Skills: Demonstrated expertise in analytical or modeling techniques using tools like Looker, Hex, or Google Suite.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of presenting to revenue-driven executives.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Apps, Salesforce.com, and HubSpot CRM; proven SQL knowledge and experience; Python or R is a plus.
