Human Resources Manager
Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with an award-winning and luxurious hospitality organisation based in County Cork in the recruitment of a Human Resources Manager. This organisation prides itself in providing five-star customer service and unforgettable guest experiences.
Reporting into The General Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee the entire HR function across the organisation to ensure continual success while availing of a highly competitive pay and benefits package.
What will you do as HR Manager?
* Construct and implement HR strategic initiatives and strategies that align with the organisation's vision and goals.
* Lead all recruitment activities to ensure the organisation attracts and retains the highest-quality candidates across all departments.
* Develop and monitor new and existing employee engagement activities and recognition programs to maintain a collaborative, inclusive, and positive work culture.
* Create and modify HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation and organisational objectives.
* Design and execute training programs to improve employees' existing skillsets and career progression opportunities.
* Modify and review employee remuneration packages to reflect industry changes.
* Act as a specialist HR advisor to departmental managers and employees on all employee relations issues.
* Conduct HR reporting to monitor levels of retention, recruitment costs, and employee engagement.

What will you require as HR Manager?
* A minimum of 2 years experience at HR Manager level
* A HR degree or equivalent HR qualification
* Preferable to have experience in the hospitality industry
