This role is crucial to providing comprehensive HR support, working closely with senior management and various teams across the business.
Key Responsibilities: Provide expert HR advice and support on employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and attendance management.
Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, right-to-work checks, and employment contracts.
Oversee long-term sickness cases across divisions.
Offer administrative support and assist in developing HR procedures.
Qualifications & Experience: CIPD Level 3-5 or working towards it.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
Strong employee relations background, with up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
