An exciting opportunity has arrived to join a growing business as a Business Development Manager. This business is a global Consultancy, looking for a driven individual who is resilient, disciplined, with an impressive record of business development to join their team. This role is fieldwork based, and when not in the field, you have the option to work from home. This is a permanent role that offers €50K, OTE €70K + benefits. A full clean Irish driver's license is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Self-generation of new business leads, appointments, and referrals through day-to-day new business activity.
2. Continuous networking in your allocated region.
3. Building relationships with business owners to sell the benefits of the client's services.
4. Develop links with potential introducers and referral partners.
5. Working to targets while working within a regional team, focusing on individual and team success.
6. Accurately build, manage, and maintain your sales pipeline through our Salesforce CRM system.

1. Previous experience in a B2B field sales role using a consultative selling approach.
