Coopman Search and Selection is proud to exclusively partner with a growing aviation business in North County Dublin who are looking to hire a Human Resources Business Partner on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* HR Strategy: Align HR strategies with organisational goals, collaborating with leadership to ensure initiatives support business objectives.
* Talent Acquisition & Retention: Lead recruitment efforts, attract top talent, and implement engagement strategies to enhance retention.
* Workforce Planning: Support strategic workforce planning to meet current and future talent needs.
* Policy & Compliance: Oversee HR policy implementation, ensuring legal compliance and adherence to best practices.
* Performance Management: Guide managers in fostering a culture of continuous development and accountability.
* HR Projects: Lead initiatives to improve HR processes, systems, and overall employee experience.
* Employee Relations: Provide expert guidance on complex employee matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
Core Competencies:
* Qualifications: Level 8 degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
* Experience: 8+ years in HR, including 2+ years in a strategic HR role.
* Industry Knowledge: Aircraft leasing experience preferred but not required.
* Expertise: Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance.
* Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
* HR Functions: Skilled in employee relations, performance management, and change management.
* Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.
* Technology: Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
