As a Spa Attendant Trainer, you will be responsible for training and mentoring our spa attendants, ensuring the highest levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction are consistently achieved in line with ESPA and Powerscourt Hotel brand standards. Key Responsibilities: Training & Development: Develop and implement training programs for new and existing Spa Attendants. Conduct regular assessments to ensure Spa Attendants are meeting performance and service standards. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to the team, fostering continuous improvement and a positive work environment. Housekeeping & Operations: Oversee the set-up and close-down of the spa, ensuring all areas meet brand standards. Ensure that all guest amenities, linens, and stock levels are maintained to the highest standard. Support Spa Attendants in performing housekeeping duties efficiently and with minimal guest disruption. Guest Relations: Train Spa Attendants in delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring clients needs are met with courtesy and professionalism. Educate team members on spa services and treatments, empowering them to assist guests with inquiries and enhance their experience. Ensure Spa Attendants guide guests to various spa areas, explaining their usage and offering refreshments where necessary. Health, Safety & Hygiene: Ensure Spa Attendants follow all health and safety protocols, cleanliness of high-traffic areas, and hygiene practices. Provide training on proper equipment handling, cleaning procedures, and maintenance standards. Ensure all relevant Health and Safety regulations are adhered to by the team. General: Lead by example, maintaining a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene. Support the team in achieving operational efficiency and provide flexibility when needed.
