Job Title: Care Manager
We are seeking a skilled Care Manager to join our team at Platinum Homecare, a fast-growing homecare company with offices across Ireland.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Carer Management: Oversee the efficient onboarding, rostering, training, and overall welfare of carers, supported by Regional Managers and the Platinum Support Office.
* Training Delivery: Confidently deliver the 20-hour Carer Induction Training, ensuring carers are well-prepared to provide care to clients in their assigned area.
* Scheduling and Compliance: Utilize One Touch Care Management software to monitor daily activities, prioritize safeguarding and compliance, and take necessary actions or escalate concerns as needed.
* Communication and Reporting: Collaborate with the Support Office on scheduling runs, client care, and HSE communication using One Touch Care Management Software.
* Team Development: Identify, manage, and implement career development paths for team members in line with the Platinum Homecare HR strategy.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct Client Quality Assurance reviews and maintain records according to Platinum Homecare and HSE standards.
* Flexibility and Adaptability: Be willing to take on additional responsibilities that support providing high-quality care through Platinum Homecare.
This role requires candidates with at least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.

Salary:
Estimated salary is €40,000 - €60,000 per annum depending on qualifications and experience.

Cork office (some field duties)
