We are seeking highly skilled Recruitment Consultants to join our Finance and Engineering teams. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Principal Consultant to match candidates with job openings, manage the hiring process, negotiate job offers, and build relationships with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
* Candidate Assessment: Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
* Client Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and organizational culture.
* Candidate Matching: Match suitable candidates with client job openings, ensuring alignment with role requirements and company values.
* Job Offer Negotiation: Negotiate job offers, including salary and benefits, to achieve a mutually beneficial agreement.
* Recruitment Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
* Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and employment legislation.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and candidate databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment targets and business growth.
* Candidate Support: Provide career advice and guidance to candidates, fostering long-term professional relationships.
Requirements:
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years experience, ideally as a 360 Recruiter.
* Software Skills: Ability to use various software systems.
* Target Orientation: Desire to exceed targets.
