Key Responsibilities:
* Manage chefs and kitchen staff in areas such as development, productivity, rostering, and delegation of responsibilities
* Introduce new methods to maintain standards and keep the hotel at the forefront of high-quality dining in Dublin
* Develop seasonal menus and improve kitchen standards
* Manage HACCP protocols and represent the department at management meetings
