Job Title: Shopper Marketing Manager
A leading retailer is seeking an experienced Shopper Marketing Manager to join their marketing team based in South Dublin.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver impactful shopper marketing communications and engagement plans.
* Lead customer touchpoint mapping and output planning for seamless shopper experiences.
* Plan and execute customer activations and in-store events aligning with broader brand campaigns.
* Create and manage customer experience collateral, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
* Serve as primary point of contact for category, in-store, and site refresh projects.
* Communicate Shopper Marketing activities effectively to stores and operations teams.
* Develop processes to enhance efficiency within the Shopper Marketing function.
* Oversee agency relationships and manage budgets effectively.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Demonstrate at least 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in a national retailer or global FMCG organisation.
* Show deep understanding of retail operations and the omnichannel landscape.
* Excel at building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
* Possess proven experience managing large budgets and coordinating multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Have experience leading direct reports and nurturing their career progression.
