The Learning & Leadership Development Specialist.
Main Responsibilities:
* Co-designs and delivers a core front line leadership curriculum emphasizing success factors, capabilities, and behaviors required for industrial operations management.
* Develops personal development curriculum for employee growth, including skills such as presentation, communication, project management, team building, conflict resolution, and influencing.
* Monitors learning and development industry trends and best practices.
* Collaborates with internal customers and external subject matter experts to develop and deliver education and training.
* Evaluates learning outcomes, including gains in knowledge and skills, application, transfer, and overall impact/ROI.
* Aligns education and training programs with other Learning & Leadership Development initiatives.
* Serves as an administrator for the non-GxP Learning Management System (LMS).
* Fosters a positive company culture through relationship-building.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Leadership Development, Organizational Psychology, or similar field; Master's degree preferred.
* 3-5 years of experience in an L&D role, focusing on training, instructional design, and delivery.
* Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements.
