Overview of Role
The role is to aid and support the Director of Quality & Nursing in terms of quality and compliance in line with the strategic direction of the organisation. The person will have a key role in overall quality and compliance of the organisation, including supporting, promoting, and driving quality across all services and supports.
The role encompasses support with regard to the development, implementation and maintenance of standards and systems, in line with legislative, regulatory requirements, accredited standards, and incorporates integrated risk management processes. This includes, but is not limited to, supporting the organisation to meet legislative and regulatory compliance. The role involves provision of relevant statistical analysis and reports in this regard, and as required by regulatory bodies from time to time.
Essential Criteria:
* 3 years' experience within the Disability Sector .
* Relevant qualifications in specific areas related to quality and compliance or willing to work towards same.
* Accredited training in key areas such as project management, administration, office skills.
* Working knowledge of MS, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Attention to detail carrying out key tasks.
* The ability to effectively communicate with team members, members of the public and people we support.
* Have the ability to prioritise workloads.
* Commitment to quality and adherence to standards of good practice.
* Full current driving license with access to your own vehicle (mileage will be paid at the appropriate rate).
