About the Role
The Benefits Partner will join the team for a 12-month maternity cover contract, enjoying a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage employee benefits across 19 EMEA countries.
* Work with global teams to create smooth employee experiences for key benefit programmes.
* Improve processes and systems to meet business needs.
* Keep global teams informed about changes to systems and processes.
* Build strong relationships with third-party vendors for excellent support.
* Maintain updated documentation and controls for employee services.
* Support case management as a link between employees, managers, payroll, and rewards teams.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the employee experience.
Requirements
* At least 4+ years' experience in HR, focusing on benefits.
* Experience managing both company and statutory benefits.
* Experience with projects that improve the employee experience through better processes and automation.
* Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong presentation skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
