Responsibilities:
1. Achievement of agreed targets for the service contract business
2. Management of the renewals for existing customer contracts
3. Generate, nurture and convert opportunities for new contact business with our installed base, both inside and outside of warranty.
4. Provide first line support for incoming enquiries on service contracts.
5. Provide regular communication with customers and prospects by phone, email and, where necessary, on site visits.
6. Target customer markets, run demos and test samples in our lab where relevant to their instrument sales
7. Work with marketing team for targeted campaigns
8. Support sales and service team as one of the first points of contact for our customers
Requirements:
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills through all media.
2. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, can-do attitude, able to work under own initiative
3. Good computer literacy. Competent in use of MS Office and CRM software
4. Availability to travel occasionally overseas for training
5. Located in Dublin or surrounding area with easy access to the Dublin office.
