A vibrant Energetic Company and leading provider in generators is seeking to employ a suitably qualified Office Manager to join the team and work within the sales, purchasing and associated administrative functions of the business.
The company is over 30 years in business and specialises in equipment rental to a broad spectrum of clients, from power supply and distribution to bespoke events, construction, pharmaceutical, outdoor festivals etc.
The role is based in Rathcoole, Naas Road, Co Dublin, possibly a hybrid working environment will be considered for the right candidate.

Reporting directly to Managing Director/Owner Liam Nevin Key responsibilities Sales Admin Sending proposals to customers, based on information provided by MD Providing quotations to customers Invoicing based on agreed terms of business Matching customer POs to sales contracts for invoicing Inputting to sales ledger Reviewing sales ledger receivables Receipts Issuing statements to customers Follow-up re unpaid receivables Banking Checking bank receipts with sales Inputting bank details to accounting system Making approved payments as agreed with MD Purchasing Checking invoices received with agreed quotations Paying for all services and goods Analysing monthly cash payments supported by receipts Staff salaries Providing monthly information to Payroll agent (Zero software system) Liaising with accountants dealing with PAYE, PRSI, VAT and Corporation Tax payment Accounts Working with the accountants regarding monthly inputs to the accounting system Liaising with accountancy firm in relation to the annual accounts Correspondence and Phone Communication as required with customers and suppliers on a daily basis by email or by phone Ongoing reporting on a daily basis to MD regarding any queries or issues.
