At SimoTech, we're seeking an experienced HR Operations, Data & Systems Specialist to oversee and optimize our human resources operations, systems, and data management processes. This role combines technical expertise with operational HR knowledge to ensure efficient delivery of HR services across the company.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, from preboarding to exit, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
* Design, document, and implement standardized HR procedures for recurring activities.
* Oversee and maintain HR systems, including HRIS (Zoho People), ensuring optimal functionality and integration with other business platforms.
* Maintain accurate employee records, conduct regular HR audits, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
* Prepare, validate, and manage payroll data in coordination with finance teams.
* Develop and maintain HR dashboards, automate reports, and generate ad-hoc analyses, including Gender Pay Gap reporting.
* Lead process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency in HR operations.
* Manage leave administration and ensure seamless processes for time-off tracking and compliance.
* Train employees on HR systems and procedures, ensuring smooth adoption and user experience.
* Support general HR administration and contribute to the implementation of best practices across HR functions.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in HR operations and systems management.
* Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms and HR technology, previous experience with Zoho People would be an advantage.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements.
