Your Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Reporting to & supporting the Operations Manager and Deputy General Manager
* Dealing with customer complaints in a professional manner and informing management of actions taken
* Ensure guest satisfaction both proactively and reactively across all departments
* Ensure the best level of customer care within the property
* Ensure the smooth running of service when you are on duty
* Increase our standing on Trust You by encouraging satisfied guests to leave positive reviews on the website.
What You Will Need:
* Previous managerial or supervisory experience desired, not required
* Standards driven: particularly in Food & Beverage
* Experience in hotels is desired, not required
* Proficiency in English
* A customer-oriented and professional attitude
* An outgoing personality
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
