Position Description
The MyTime Timesheet Processing Team is responsible for supporting the MyTime Application and ensuring the smooth operation of the process. The applicant should have strong interpersonal skills, good attention to detail and be comfortable dealing with a variety of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the weekly Timesheet data to the payroll system to ensure all timesheet staff are paid correctly and that all time costing is captured and accurately allocated.
2. Ensuring all requests and queries received into the Unit are dealt with in a timely manner.
3. Assist with maintaining MyTime User Profile data to ensure they are up to date within the MyTime Application.
4. Ensure each user has the correct access and permissions to complete their MyTime tasks that align to business requirements and agreements.
5. Review time sheet reports using Power BI to ensure data is aligned in conjunction with allowances/agreements and are recorded correctly for payroll integration.
6. Run exception reports in SAP to identify discrepancies and reconcile errors.
7. Ensure all payroll and costing backend adjustments are completed in a timely manner.
8. Manual data entry for the MyTime application and SAP out of pocket claims.
9. Management of Post room operations.
10. Timesheet end to end operations to be completed in line with the current Business Process and Procedures.
11. Liaising with various stakeholders within the business to maintain key relationships.
12. Assist with maintaining and updating the Timesheet Procedures and Support Documentation.
Experience and Qualifications
1. Either 3rd Level qualification or equivalent work experience.
2. Excellent IT skills (especially in the Microsoft Suite).
3. Proven ability in Stakeholder management.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Highly motivated, able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
6. A high level of commitment and flexibility.
7. Willingness to learn and develop.
8. Strong teamwork skills.
Location
Galway Depot.

Salary starting at €32,000 per annum.
