Duties: Oversee the Bakery Maintenance Engineering function on shift.Ensure equipment is repaired to high standards and record all work in SAP.Implement permanent fixes for issues and manage the Maintenance H&S function.Provide feedback to management and lead the team in breakdown situations.Assist with technical activities, projects, and continuous improvements.Communicate effectively, work under pressure, and attend shift meetings.Perform preventative maintenance tasks and conduct shift handovers.Identify equipment spares and assist with refrigeration plant maintenance.Criteria: Qualified Electrical Engineer with strong Mechanical skills.Proficient in using a multimeter, understanding Electrical schematics, and troubleshooting electrical systems and sensor faults.Experience in Food/Refrigeration and other Utility environments is an advantage.Good team player and self-motivated.Available for call-out duties and/or overtime when required.Reward: Competitive salary of €63K bonusCompany pension schemeIncome protection and Life Assurance Cover.On-site gym.Free parking.Paid Maternity and Paternity Leave.Paid Volunteering Day and wellness Day.22 days Annual Leave increasing to 26 days after 5 years' service.Subsidised canteenBike to work scheme.
