Job Summary
Cliste Hospitality, a leading travel and tourism company in Tullamore, is seeking a highly motivated and friendly Leisure Centre Receptionist to join our team. This is a midweek part-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities
1. Greet and welcome visitors to the leisure centre
2. Answer and direct incoming phone calls
3. Process payments and maintain accurate records
4. Provide information about the leisure centre and its services
5. Assist with the scheduling of appointments and bookings
6. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
7. Perform general administrative duties as required
Qualifications
1. Previous experience in a customer service role
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
