YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU
As a valued trainee at GANNI, you will be highly involved in every aspect of running a successful GANNI Store. From selling ceremony, to stockroom operations, to visual merchandising and OMNI channel operations, you will be fully accompanied by a talented team in your journey to enhance your retail 360 experience and succeed within the future of retail.
Responsibilities ahead of you:
As a Sales and Service trainee with GANNI, you will follow our carefully curated Educational Program that allows you to deep dive into all areas of our retail business. Depending on your skills, interests, and experience, we will customize your personal development program to ensure your capabilities and opportunities are being developed and nurtured through the full two-year period of the trainee program. Your personal Mentor will follow your development, along with exciting and diverse Trainee community training courses.
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for our Sales and Service Trainee program, it is mandatory that you have completed the EUX, EUD, EUS, HHX, HTX, or HF followed by the basic course EUS. These must be completed before starting your trainee program with GANNI. The trainee program with GANNI concerns Retail Store Sales and Service within fashion and textiles.

WHAT ELSE?
We are looking for 5-7 trainees to join our stores across street level stores, department stores, and our POSTMODERN store. Applications will be reviewed ongoingly with objectives to start the Trainee team before January 2025, with onboarding programs running for the remainder of 2024.
We will divide successful trainees between stores as per customized programs, to ensure qualifications match with responsibilities and opportunities per store.
