Key Responsibilities
* Operate the production facility in a safe and efficient manner.
* Follow start-up and shutdown procedures.
* Monitor and maintain production performance and efficiency.
* Meet quality standards for the specified product.
* Routine sampling and inspection of plant equipment.
* Record production parameters and report any issues.
* Comply with the company's QEHS policies.
A typical shift pattern includes 12-hour shifts, including weekends, alternating between day and night shifts.
Requirements
* Background in a similar industry.
* Mechanical or electrical trade experience desirable but not essential.
* Knowledge of Scada or PLC automated manufacturing plants desirable but not essential.

* Fluency in English (verbal and written).
* Good communication skills.
* Excellent work ethic.
