Who should apply?
The successful candidates will have the following experience:
* 3+ years’ experience in fund accounting or FS audit in Ireland, ideally with a background in hedge, mutual, private equity, real estate, or debt funds.
* Experience with asset management, UCITs, ICAVs, private equity, or SPVs.
* Strong proficiency with financial platforms (e.g., Investran, Geneva, eFront, Confluence).
* A relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA).
* Excellent communication, project management, and reporting skills.
* A proactive mindset with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Role and Reporting Lines
Your role will be part of a large high performing team of Financial Services experts.
Areas of focus for this opportunity include:
* Outsourced fund accounting for multiple large European and US Financial Services organisations.
* Ensure errors or problems are identified and investigated on a timely basis and provide guidance for solutions to resolve.
* Reviewing the work of junior staff to ensure accuracy and delivery within agreed timelines.
* Supporting and driving finance transformation projects, including process automation and improvement.
* Managing and maintaining strong relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
