Key Responsibilities:
* Work with a multidisciplinary team to support new product and process introductions.
* Select components and equipment.
* Develop component-specific testing and inspection protocols.
* Complete capital acquisition activity from specifying equipment right through to validation.
* Participate in PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP, and PPAP generation.
Requirements:
* Minimum of a Degree (level 8) in a suitable subject such as Engineering or Electronics.
* Infectious enthusiasm for problem-solving.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
* Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in developing processes for manufacturing electronic components.
* Design for Manufacturing, capability studies, verification, and validation experience.
