Key Responsibilities
1. Working closely with the Firm’s Partners and Solicitors on collection and Work in Progress management.
2. Encouraging timely billing of Work in Progress across practice areas.
3. Developing, maintaining, and operating the credit control and WIP management system.
4. Producing, reviewing, and analysing monthly and periodic reports.
5. Regularly meeting with Department Heads to implement best practice in working capital management strategy.
6. Assisting with general Finance department duties as required.
Key Skills and Requirements
1. Experience:Minimum of five years’ credit control experience in a professional services environment.
2. Knowledge:Reasonable knowledge of accounting policies and procedures.
3. Independence:Ability to work independently.
4. Interpersonal Skills:Excellent communication skills.
5. IT Skills:Proficiency in Excel. Familiarity with Elite 3E is an advantage.
Salary: €55k-€60k plus excellent benefits package.
