Customer Service Advisor Role
We are excited to partner with a leading bank across Northern Ireland to recruit for a Customer Service Advisor based in Derry/Londonderry.
The Role:
* Deliver a professional and friendly service to valued customers, helping them find the right banking solutions while ensuring a seamless experience.
* Engage with customers, providing tailored recommendations on products and services.
* Prioritise customer needs, ensuring excellent service and first-time resolutions.
* Promote digital and self-service banking options for added convenience.
* Accurately complete transactions, following all policies, controls, and procedures.
The Person:
* Passionate about customer service, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and thrives in a team setting.
* Proven experience in a customer service role, delivering a high standard of care.
* Positive, self-motivated attitude with a results-driven mindset.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
* Attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines with accuracy.
Requirements:
* Full-time, temporary ongoing position (35 hours per week), working Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
* Potential for this role to become permanent.
* Previous experience in a banking or financial services environment (desirable).
