The HR Business Systems Analyst will oversee the implementation, optimization, and management of our HR systems, including recruitment, learning and development, time and attendance systems, and the HR module of our ERP system.
You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to design and align business processes, ensuring the systems are effectively integrated into operations. This role bridges HR and IT, focusing on delivering systems that meet business needs, enhance user experience, and support operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* System Implementation & Process Design:
o Partner with stakeholders to design, document, and align processes for new system implementations.
o Support the rollout of HR systems, ensuring alignment with business goals.
o Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and address feedback to optimize system performance.
* System Management & Optimization:
o Manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring stability, functionality, and user satisfaction.
o Identify opportunities to enhance system capabilities to align with evolving business needs.
o Troubleshoot where possible and escalate technical issues efficiently.
* Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless system integration.
o Train and support HR team members and end-users in understanding and using the systems effectively.
* Data Management & Reporting:
o Ensure the accuracy, security, and integrity of data within HR systems.
o Generate and analyse reports to provide actionable insights to the HR and leadership teams.
* Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
* Proactively propose enhancements or new features to streamline HR processes.
* Compliance & Best Practices:
o Ensure all HR systems comply with local and international regulations, including data protection standards.
o Stay informed about trends in HR technology and industry best practices.
The role holder will have:
1. Education & Experience:
* 3 rd Level qualification in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
* Experience in HR systems implementation, management, or HRIS, preferably within a manufacturing or international business context.
2. Technical Skills:
* Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., recruitment, learning management, time and attendance).
* Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly HR modules.
* Proficiency in process mapping and data analysis tools.
3. Soft Skills:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for working with diverse stakeholders.
* Project management expertise, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Change management experience and ability to overcome change resistance.
