Sales Manager DACH Market - SMB or Entrepreneur
As a Sales Manager, you will lead a team of sales professionals, recruiting, training, developing, and supporting new and existing Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Hold regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports.
* Manage the accuracy of the forecast.
* Drive and motivate the team to achieve key objectives.
* Develop and implement outbound efforts to generate and close new business opportunities.
* Conduct weekly scorecard reviews to identify gaps in performance and areas for improvement.
* Design and deliver training programs and build ongoing skills analysis to create a scalable curriculum for improvement and advancement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, marketing, training, and support.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2+ years of experience managing Account Executives in a SaaS environment.
* Proven track record of successfully managing AEs within the past 2+ years.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals.
* Passion for training and development.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
* Fluency in German (verbal and written) and English.
