Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our agency’s sales efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and overseeing marketing initiatives to attract new business while retaining existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Dublin and across Ireland.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and partners.
* Lead pitches, proposals, and contract negotiations.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that generate leads.
* Oversee digital marketing efforts (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing).
* Develop content strategies, including blogs, case studies, and whitepapers.
* Represent the agency at industry events, networking, and conferences.
Client & Account Management:
* Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction.
* Upsell and cross-sell agency services to existing clients.
* Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to deliver client objectives.
Team Leadership & Reporting:
* Manage and mentor sales and marketing team members.
* Track KPIs, sales performance, and marketing ROI.
* Provide regular reports to senior management on sales pipelines and revenue forecasts.
Requirements & Skills:
* 3+ years in sales/marketing, preferably in a marketing agency or similar.
* Proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and analytics platforms.
* Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
