Job Description:
Previous experience coaching gymnastics either recreationally or competitively is required.
Starting hourly rate will be reflective of experience and qualifications.
We are mostly a recreational club with 1 low level competitive group, a teen gym session and a couple of advanced recreational groups we are developing.
Climate controlled gym
Our gym has climate control to keep our staff and customers comfortable in the freezing winters and hot summer days
Are you a competitive coach or a coach with years of experience?We may have a more senior position for you that may involve: Head coaching our competitive group, leading our programming for our recreational & advanced recreational classes, leading and mentoring our coaches to continue to improve the quality of instruction they can give.
Description of the role:
This position is a full time position consisting of coaching hours around the low 20s, the rest of your full time role will be made up of office work (admin tasks, full training provided) This means your coaching hours are relatively low for a full time role.
That paired with the fact we are open 5 days per week and our coaches almost always have 2 days off in a row (Sunday, Monday) helps to increase quality of life and reduce coach burnout.
Certifications & Training We Will Pay for(If you do not have them): Manual Handling Sport Ireland Safeguarding 1 First Aid Course Availability needed: Working Hours for this role are approximately: Tuesday to Friday 12:00pm-8:30pm, Saturday 8:30am-3:30pm Why work with us?
