Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a professional Corporate Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our law firm. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking skills, and a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist clients and visitors professionally.
* Manage high-volume calls and meeting room bookings.
* Handle mail, couriers, and administrative tasks.
* Issue swipe cards and book taxis.
* Maintain confidentiality and office organisation.
* Support firm events and vendor coordination.
About You:
* Professional, reliable, and highly organised.
* Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
* Confident communicator with a customer service mindset.
* Able to work independently and in a team.
* Experience in a corporate setting; law firm experience is a plus.
* Flexible for shift work (7:45 am – 6:30 pm).
