Account Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled Account Coordinator to support our Global Media Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Sales Account Team across various tasks including Excel creation and analysis, client-facing reporting requests, and account administration.
* Build and provide reports for the Account team, working with Ops teams for creative flighting and changes.
* Track all requests using a ticketing system, collaborating with stakeholders to complete tasks and resolve issues.
* Review account health and provide optimization recommendations, coordinating with team members to manage daily workload and schedules.
* Foster innovation in tools and processes to enhance team efficiency.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Advertising Certification or equivalent.
* Experience using Excel for data analysis, Office tools, and digital media experience sales or customer service.
