Job Description:
The Role of Assistant Manager is a key position within Enable Ireland, supporting the effective operation of our shop in Wexford Town.
This role will be responsible for assisting the Shop Manager in implementing agreed work plans and financial targets to drive sales and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing and developing the shop according to set plans and financial objectives
* Train, supervise, and manage paid and voluntary staff to maintain high standards of service and appearance
* Ensure the shop's internal and external appearance aligns with brand standards and effectively engages the local community
Requirements:
* Essential Criteria: Retail fashion experience, strong leadership/motivational skills, commercial experience, eligibility to work in Ireland
* Desirable Criteria: Brand awareness
