The Finance & Accounting department plays a critical role in our business operations, overseeing all financial aspects from cash management to financial reporting.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with previous administration experience to join our Finance & Accounting Team as an Accounts Assistant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing supplier account queries, reconciling discrepancies, and performing other accounting administrative tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a high volume of supplier account queries through liaison with external suppliers and internal business units.
* Reconcile and investigate any discrepancies created when invoices are entered into the accounting system.
* Efficiently input and process payable invoices into the Lidl accounting system.
* Carry out other general administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
* Third-level degree beneficial but not essential.
* Minimum 2 years of administrative/office experience.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Experience of general enterprise accounting systems (i.e., SAP) is beneficial.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
* Flexible with the ability to work under pressure.
