Job Purpose:
The Digital Analytics and Search Specialist will be responsible for managing the analytics requirements and implementation for Google Analytics 4 (GA4) across IT projects, providing actionable insights using web analytics tools, and overseeing SEO strategies for a media group. This role is critical in driving data-informed decisions and improving online performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead analytics project management, including defining, implementing, and managing analytics requirements for various media projects (websites, third-party solutions, and apps).
* Use Google Analytics 4 and other web analytics tools to generate insights, reports, and recommendations for multiple stakeholders.
* Oversee the technical implementation, management, and reporting of Google Analytics Ecommerce Tracking.
* Manage Google Tag Manager, including implementation and management of tags, variables, and triggers.
* Direct SEO project management, including defining and implementing SEO strategies across multiple platforms (in collaboration with developers and third-party providers).
* Manage relationships with external providers and partners to ensure project goals are met.
* Maintain a strong attention to detail while multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
* Strong knowledge of SEO strategies and technical implementation.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects across different platforms.
* Experience in working with developers and external partners to execute analytics and SEO strategies.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently, with attention to detail, and in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
