Key Responsibilities:
* Design and optimize Anti-Money Laundering (AML) operating models to align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to establish governance frameworks, escalation protocols, and decision-making hierarchies.
* Develop and deliver AML training programs focusing on best practices for new AML operating workflows and systems.
* Lead or support AML-related projects, such as system upgrades or regulatory remediation efforts.
* Analyze system outputs to identify trends, patterns, and areas requiring attention.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in cash and trade operations and management.
