Main Purpose of Role:
Murphy is currently recruiting a Training Administrator to support our business. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for communicating with participants, training providers, suppliers, and managers, and assist with maintaining the databases of current training qualifications.
Role Duties:
In this role, you should combine a strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and work under pressure. You should also be a reliable problem-solver and have strong project management skills.
* Maintain training records, internal and external (e.g. training database, CPD database, schedules, attendance sheets)
* Booking training courses (internal and external)
* Prepare and disseminate joining instructions
* Act as a point-of-contact for suppliers and employees
* Handle accounts payable and ensure invoices are paid
* Submit reports on training activities
* Follow procurement guidelines
Qualifications & Skills:
* Proven experience as a Training Administrator, HR Assistant, or similar role
* Skilled administrator with the ability to create, operate, and adapt various systems
* Knowledge of office procedures and accounts
* Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, and training software
* Excellent organisational and multitasking ability
* Strong attention to detail
* Some knowledge/experience of event management preferable but not a necessity
* Experience working in the construction industry would be preferable but not a necessity
