Who are we looking for?
We have an exciting new role for a Licencing & Renewals Administrator to join our growing team. Reporting to our Licensing & Renewals Manager this role will support the organisations growth and strategy. We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and organised individual for this busy and varied role.

What will you be doing?
* Support the Renewals & Licencing Team to build, maintain, and execute annual software maintenance and subscription renewal quotes for ProStrategy clients
* Manage client requests for new licence quotes and process licence orders.
* Work closely with Sales Account Executives and Consulting Delivery teams on licensing quotes, orders & queries.
* Management of company and customer contracts using electronic-signature technology.
* Manage new and existing staff logins and permissions across a number of licensed software products used daily by the company.
* Ensure all customer & vendor invoices are posted on time in our Navision system.
* Manage the reconciliation of vendor statements.
Requirements:
* 3+ years’ experience in contracts, customer success or sales support role (preferably with a software company would be an advantage but not essential)
* Experience in the use of software business systems such as CRM and ERP solutions would be a distinct advantage.
* Excellent numeric ability. Prior experience with creating quotes and managing invoices would be a distinct advantage.
* Strong client service and customer relationship experience.
* Excellent prioritization and multitasking skills.
* Great work ethic and the ability to work with diverse teams.
* A thirst for learning - ProStrategy sells a number of different software products, which you will need to articulate. (Staying updated with these industries requires curiosity, reading and networking.)
* Fluent in both verbal and written English.
