Customer Service Advisor
This is a permanent part-time position working Monday to Friday 11 AM to 3 PM. The role involves working with a financial client supporting their growth in the Irish market.
About the Role
* Manage inbound and outbound phone calls, collating information from customers via these telephone calls.
* Receive inbound calls from customers through a virtual call centre, answering various questions.
* Ensure all customer records are kept up to date in accordance with CCMA/CPC regulations.
* Drive sales to achieve targets by identifying, converting, or referring new sales opportunities to meet customer requirements for both Regulated and Non-Regulated products.
Requirements
* Minimum 6 months experience in a customer-facing role.
* Excellent communication (spoken & written English) and interpersonal skills.
* Eager to learn and grow with Covalen.
* Must be eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland and pass background checks.
