Role Responsibilities
* Drive a Health and Safety Culture as EHS Lead.
* Develop and implement safety initiatives.
* Conduct training and promote safety policies & procedures.
Role Requirements
* IOSH Chartered membership.
* 5+ years in Health and Safety.
* Health & Safety diploma or equivalent.
* Prior experience with Tier 1 contractor or large multi-disciplinary sites preferred.
* Excellent understanding of Health & Safety legislation.
* Strong organizational, motivational, and communication skills.
* Ideally possess trainer the trainer certification.
Duties
* Oversee risk assessment program across sites.
* Maintain, review, and update site risk registers.
* Establish and report on key safety indicators.
* Conduct presentations and training on health & safety topics and accident prevention.
* Implement comprehensive health & safety plans aligned with legal regulations and industry best practices.
* Mentor site teams to champion our client's proactive, safety-oriented culture.
