Job Title: Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

As the business scales, they seek a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to optimize revenue processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive data-led decision-making.
Data & Insights:
The successful candidate will collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to monitor and improve key business metrics such as lead generation, sales pipeline health, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and churn.
They will develop and maintain comprehensive reporting tools and dashboards to provide GTM teams with real-time visibility into performance.
Additionally, they will conduct deep-dive analysis into customer behavior, sales funnel performance, and marketing campaign effectiveness to identify opportunities for growth.
The ideal candidate will use AI and predictive analytics to forecast future trends and guide long-term strategic planning.
Revenue Forecasting & Performance Tracking:
The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst will design and implement automated revenue performance reporting systems to track pipeline velocity, lead conversion rates, and customer retention.
They will work closely with Finance to build accurate revenue forecasts using historical data, sales trends, and business objectives.
The successful candidate will present insights to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear strategic recommendations.
They will identify revenue leakage points and recommend solutions to increase sales efficiency and profitability.
Process Optimisation & Automation:
The ideal candidate will identify inefficiencies in lead-to-cash workflows and implement data-driven process improvements.
They will streamline sales, marketing, and customer success processes to reduce bottlenecks and increase efficiency.
The successful candidate will automate repetitive manual tasks to enhance data accuracy and free up time for high-impact activities.
They will collaborate with GTM teams to develop best practices for sales operations, ensuring a seamless customer journey from lead to renewal.
Technology & Systems Management:
The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst will oversee and optimize CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Intercom) and marketing automation tools to ensure smooth operations.
They will ensure data integrity across all systems by regularly auditing and maintaining clean, high-quality data.
The successful candidate will implement advanced analytics tools, models, and reporting frameworks to drive decision-making.
They will improve data integration between key platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, and customer success tools) to create a unified view of customer interactions.
KPI Monitoring & Strategic Impact:
The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst will track and monitor key revenue performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with company goals.
They will regularly review and analyze performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement.
The successful candidate will create custom reports for different stakeholders, providing them with relevant and actionable insights.
They will ensure that leadership has a clear, data-driven view of company performance, enabling better decision-making.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a relevant Senior data-driven role (e.g. Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, or similar), in a SaaS and/or high-growth environment.
* Knowledge of SQL/MySQL or other data analysis languages/tools.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables).
* Expertise in data visualisation tools (Preset/Superset, Tableau, Power BI or similar).
* Deep expertise in data analysis, with experience in managing systems such as HubSpot, Intercom or similar platforms.
* Business-Focused: You understand the bigger picture and use data to influence strategy, not just report on metrics.
