About the Role:

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team on an exciting design and build project in Cork. This role involves overseeing and managing all document control processes throughout an intensive design period, working closely with our design consultants, specialist subcontractors such as steel fabricators, internal project stakeholders, delivery partners, and our client to ensure smooth and efficient document handling. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining organised workflows and document compliance, utilising Autodesk Construction Cloud to facilitate the submission and review process with our client.
Responsibilities:
* Document Control: Take full ownership of document management and control processes, ensuring accurate and timely submission, storage, and retrieval of all project documents.
* Autodesk Construction Cloud Management: Utilise Autodesk Construction Cloud to manage document distribution, tracking, and version control for designs submitted by our designers for client review and comment.
* Design Coordination: Coordinate with internal design teams and subcontractors to ensure that design documents are prepared and delivered according to project timelines and client specifications.
* Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for client document submissions, ensuring documents are properly formatted, complete, and aligned with client requirements for comment and approval.
* Project Workflow Support: Assist the project manager and engineering delivery team by streamlining document workflows, maintaining updated records, and facilitating smooth project communication.
* Quality Assurance: Review documents for accuracy and compliance with project standards before submission to clients; address and resolve any discrepancies proactively.
* Status Tracking & Reporting: Track the status of all document submissions, maintain logs & registers, and provide regular updates to project stakeholders on document review cycles and approvals.
* Compliance & Confidentiality: Ensure all document control processes comply with industry standards, internal policies, and client confidentiality agreements.
About You
Skills & Qualifications:
* Education: Degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in project coordination or document control are advantageous.
* Experience: 6+ years of experience in a project coordination or document control role within construction or civil engineering; experience with design-build projects is beneficial.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud for document control and project collaboration; knowledge of additional project management software is a plus.
* Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in managing client and team communications.
* Problem Solving: Ability to identify issues in document submissions and propose solutions, with a proactive approach to managing document workflows.
* Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to document details, tracking, and version control to ensure compliance with client and project standards.
