Job Title: Receptionist/Office Manager
A busy Chartered Accountant practice in Dublin 2 requires an experienced and organized individual to manage the front office and provide administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
* First point of contact for clients – answering phones, managing reception
* Monitoring the overall running of the office: post, couriers, stationery orders, petty cash
* Liaising with suppliers such as cleaners, shredders etc.
* Managing IT issues (with our external IT service providers)
* Maintaining client contact lists and shared calendars
* Managing filing and off-site archiving systems
* Providing administrative support to partners
* Ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
* Confident, articulate and professional – comfortable dealing with clients and other staff
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
* Motivated and capable of working independently
* Prior experience in an office environment
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office
