Tiernan Engineering Ltd. is an established electrical contracting firm based in Ballinrobe Co. Mayo.
We are seeking an individual who will support the administration, management, and accounting tasks that are required on a daily basis.
The successful candidate will engage with colleagues across the organisation to support and facilitate a consistent and coherent approach to deliver the administrative tasks in a timely and professional manner.
Duties:
* Assisting the accounts and tendering team in relation to procurement, sales, and invoicing
* Maintaining accounts record
* Facilitating the tendering and procurement process in obtaining costs from suppliers
* Liaising with suppliers and checking incoming invoices and statements
* Maintaining subcontractors' records
* Recording all employees' records, including weekly time sheets and allocated hours for accounts
* Familiarity with Sage Accounting and payroll software
* Phone management
* Handling mail and incoming calls promptly
* Managing office supplies
* Fleet management and associated supporting documentation
* Operation of meetings and hospitality
Requirements:
* Minimum experience of 3 years in a similar working environment or role
* A professional qualification in a related discipline
* Strong communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
* Strong data input skills
* Full clean license

Pay: From €22,600.00 per year
