Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time Bookings Coordinator to join our Central Support Care Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of out-of-hours agency staffing operations and daytime cover when requested.
About the Role
* Manage all aspects of out-of-hours agency staffing operations, particularly across Healthcare & Homecare divisions in Republic of Ireland and UK.
* Manage daytime agency staffing operations when cover is requested by Healthcare or Homecare divisions.
* Filling all vacant shifts in a timely manner and coordinating with staff and clients effectively.
* Dealing with unforeseen sick leave and staff no shows in a timely manner.
* Answering the phone in a swift and timely manner and ensuring all communication is recorded correctly on the respective system.
* Dealing with payroll queries from staff and liaising with our Payroll Department.
* Ensuring that all systems are being used to full capacity and that all contact with client and temp are logged adequately.
* Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar administrative or clerical role.
* Flexibility to take on additional evening or daytime shifts when requested outside of the scheduled rota.
* Excellent organisation, interpersonal, communication and follow-up skills.
* The ability to listen and guide and coordinate staff efficiently.
* High level of attention to detail.
* Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise workload.
* Ability to work on your own initiative and make informed decisions outside of business operational hours.
* Proficiency in IT and systems.
